Thank you! I've just begun a new morning ritual at the suggestion of a dear friend who wrote about time for yourself in her blog. This video mirrors a lot of what I'm doing - very synchronous! So many are living too fast and will benefit from seeing this beautiful film.

Thank you for this beautiful and gentle reminder to allow ourselves to go more slowly. I've been practicing this practice more intentionally the last 3 years or so. Some days & weeks I do well with carving quiet time just for me. The ongoing pandemic and now the war in Ukraine add to the stress. The pandemic has cut off (still) for many of us outlets that brought us joy. The war adds to the stress of fear. Oh to balance and walk this tightrope. This breathing practice helps me,, maybe it will help you; breathe in for count of 4, hold for 7, exhale for 8. Repeat.. ♡ thank you, again for sharing these powerful humanity filled films.

A great reminder that when we slow down and appreciate the little things, this is the essence of life. This really made me appreciate my meditation practice. I am blessed to be on a healing journey where I plan out my days with the focus on me. I used to feel selfish for working on myself but realize the more joy I have internally, the more joy I can bring into the world. Thank you for such a wonderful short film.

I have also learnt to take time from that last Email at 11 o'clock at night, looking at social media on my phone, watching some stupid reality T.V. show on telly. Thanks to isolation and Covid I learnt to go for a walk in the bush, listen to the birds, the insects, marvel at a beautiful sunrise, even cuddling my cats. If you cant love yourself you cannot look after those around you. Thank you a beautiful video made my day
