What inspired you about this video? I believe this to be true and attempt to follow this wisdom. It does no good to direct hate or anger toward another. It only adds energy to what is being created by what you hate or are fearful of or angry at. It makes it live stronger and does nothing to change or improve the situation. But sending love to what you wish to grow stronger, or change, or improve makes that stronger and can do great things towards creating in the world what you wish to see. Thank you Dr Remen. You are a blessing to me and perhaps you are one of the "36".

Sometimes, we need to be reminded of these things.

I loved her connection to the audience and her belief in her message for herself and for all. This reminds me of Matthew Kelly's advice that we must create holy moments for others by how we listen, speak, and treat each person.

Absolutely beautiful reminders of how simple it is to be a blessing: be kind, listen, witness, speak your heart. Thank you. As I embark tomorrow facilitating workshops for survivors of trauma sharing tools to help them see the wonder and wholeness of themselves beyond their perceived brokenness, I will carry Dr Remen's words in my heart and speak them out.

Dr. Remen's gentle authenticity comes through in person as well as in her books. Lovely experience spending a few minutes with her. Have always considered her a mentor though I've never met her.

This beautiful spirit is such a blessing! And, lucky us, it's on tape. We can come here to find a blessing and then go out and be a blessing. Thank You Spirit! Make me an instrument of Your peace.

Dr Remen has long been a favorite of mine. The blessing practice is so needed in today's world, and as author Pierre Pradervand (author of the Gentle Art of Blessing and 365 Blessings to Heal Myself and the World, notes, its impact is real. https://pierrepradervand.com/365-blessings-to-heal-myself-and-the-world/

Each and every one of us has the Right, the Ability and the Responsibility to be a Mother to the Universe....... To sense our seemingly unconnected "connectedness"....& then act in true unison with everyone and everything around us .....in the yogic meaning of merging with the universe

These are wonderful stories which, in the telling, are made even more powerful by Dr. Remen's gentle presentation. I could have listened well beyond the time allotted. Thank you for the shared wisdom, grace, and indeed, the blessing.

I had the great good fortune to spend a week retreat with Rachel in Joshua Tree National Park in the '80s and it changed the way I look at healing - life, and many other aspects of being human. I also highly recommend her books - Kitchen Table Wisdom and My Grandfather's Blessing! She is a great gift!
