With you 100 percent. In what way can we reach those who have an instinctive negative reaction to the word meditation? How can we reach kids with this message? I am guessing parents would be all for a school teaching mindfulness....but would be suspicious of kids being taught "meditation". I love the simple mindfullness definition.
